Hi,

I try to run kineovea 2023.1.2 on Windows 10 Profesionnal, installed in 2022.

I need to work with the 2 screens of lecture to annotate 2 videos simultaneously. Unfortunately, every 2 or 3 actions I do on the app, Kinovea crashes because "it does not respond anymore".

At first, I thought it was because I was using other applications and software in parallel. But even if I only use Kinovea, the problem persists. It becomes then really slow to annotate my videos because I always have to recreate the environement with the 2 videos to import, the last annotations saved and start from the last annotation saved again and again (every 2 or 3 minutes)...

Do you know what could cause this issue ?

That's very odd and the first time I hear about something like this, I'm not sure what could cause the issue.

If you go to the log folder there might be a number of crash files with names starting with "Unhandled Crash", could you please send me the log.txt and log.txt.1 and any of those Unhandled crash files at joan at kinovea dot org please?

Are you working with two instances of Kinovea or dual screen inside one instance?
Do you have the same issue when working with just one video? Is it specific to when you work with two videos?

Normally when it crashes the next time you open it should propose to load the last session, including any unsaved changes, if you don't see that there might be a second problem.
