I have two Pixart webcams which can record at 60 fps and these show as high speed cameras. When I connect them the capture screen is black and on video is possible, I then try to change back to a standard webcam but the software will not let me select any other. The program has locked and even uninstal and re-install does not change this. Please help.

which version 08.15 or .16?

Does the same happen if you only connect one webcam at a time to the computer ?

It happens with one or two it makes no difference sadly. but it does show as a high speed camera

Oh, I thought I had posted an answer here…
Anyway, I'm not sure what you mean by "it does show as a high speed camera" and "try to change back to a standard webcam". There is no concept of high speed camera in the Capture screen. The list of camera under "source" is the list of connected devices (+ a special device for network cameras). The high speed camera menu is used exclusively to adapt timing in the playback screen.

Please install 0.8.17 and retrieve the logs of when the problem occur. You can attach them to bug report 274.
