I was wondering if anyone has any tips on analyzing movement data once it has bee exported from Kinovea. I have a large number of analyzed tracks (>200 individual tracks, 10 minutes each) with x-y coordinates (in cm) and time (in ms). Of course, when exported from Kinovea each video gives a separate Excel sheet (>100 exported sheets). I'd like to at least calculate the total distance travelled, speed (preferably while moving and averaged across the whole 10 minutes), and number of stops.
Does anyone have any tips for automating this some or am I going to have to manually go through and do things like calculate distance between each time point in every excell sheet (with copy and paste).
