Is it possible to draw a line from say shoulder to shoulder and that line move with the motion of the body or attach the line ends to joints so that the lines will move with the motion of the video.

This type of multipoint tracking is not currently supported, but it's definitely on the todo-list.
2-point tracking for lines, 3-point tracking for angles or for line and point, etc.
