I have downloaded the software from the Download button on home page and the link in another posting.  The install appears to have gone OK but when I click on the button (or use the Start- All Programs - kinovea - kinovea route, I get the hour glass for just a second or two and then nothing.  No processes are running for the application.  I've tried deleting and downloading several times ..... Can you help please?

Hi,
This behavior has been reported for at least one other person, and frankly I have no clue as to the origin of the problem...
Can you please state your Windows version, Service Pack, .NET version, etc.
Hopefully we can start seeing a pattern and assess the problem.

I think I solved the problem - I hadn't installed the .NET framework.  Once this was done, the existing installation works.

Thanks for the follow-up and glad it finally worked !
It still means there is a problem somewhere because the installer is supposed to detect and warn you when the .NET framework isn't there...
Will have to test that part again someday.
