I was thinking, the ability to scroll vertically (instead of horizontally) in the file explorer/shortcut sidebar can improve the UI of the program. After capturing many videos, the file explorer becomes a bit cluttered.

Also, is there away to custom arrange the video files? It would be helpful to arrange file by name (or date modified) in descending so that the newest files are on the top.

What do others feel about this suggestion?

Another thing I would like (as a user) is floating thumbnails when hovering the mouse on the list of files.
This way I wouldn't have to close the current screen in order to check the thumbnails to select the next file.

Yes, i agree. However, thumbnails maybe annoying if they are displayed immediately. A delay of about 0.5-1 sec would address this issue.

There should be a sole thread discussing UI and suggestion. Would you mind renaming this tread or maybe we should start a new thread and merge some of these post together. Thanks
