In Kinovea version 0.8.19, the new features (goniometer, bike fit,...) doesn't translate to Spanish, I think that the problem is due to experimental version. But the icon "lock the working zone.." isn't translate to Spanish (It's writed in French).

Thanks for the report!

For the new features like goniometer, etc. It's normal because the name of the tool is inside the XML file describing the tool. Currently translation of the name is not supported. There is no easy way to have the system be very dynamic and have all translations for the tool names. Unless we put the translations directly inside the description files themselves, at least for the embedded tools…

Regarding the "Lock the working zone" button, the issue is just with Spanish, it's quite strange actually. I guess the French string has been copied for reference and hasn't been changed. The string for "unlock" also has a problem: "Dévérouiller los terminales de la zona de trabajo"
So we need translations for these two:

  • Lock the Working Zone Boundaries

  • Unlock the Working Zone Boundaries
