I am using Win10 Professional 22H2.
Neither installer nor portable version of Kinovea 0.9.5 can be run. It just shows the welcome screen for a couple of seconds and then crashes.

Can you try version 2023.1 and report if it's still the same? You'll find the link in the sticky topic in forum "General".

same issue for me shows loading screen for a short time then just stops
