the video uploaded by the camera is normally displayed on the computer. but when i loaded it the kinovea turned around! how can I turn the right way?

Try Image > Image rotation menu.
Is the image rotated 180° or mirrored upside-down?

I have the same problem where the capture screen is the correct way up but when I play the video it is upside down. If I rotate the capture screen upside down then the image screen plays the correct way. However, I am unable to rotate capture or playbacks screen because as you change one it has the opposite effect on the other. Furthermore, if I export the image to MP4 to play back to my swing coach it then plays it upside down.
