Failure:unable to open the file: file not found or empty

When I try to open the mp4 file, I keep getting these windows. It works fine when I run the video on a computer other than Kinovea. What do I do?

All video material will not be opened.

Hi, unfortunately I think you are hitting the bug where file names with Korean characters fail to load. There is no fix at this moment, a work around is to rename the files to use Latin characters, sorry.

Files without Korean characters will also not be opened.

Even files with titles containing only numbers and English.
