In version 0.8.8, I can change, under "Preferences," the default "Time Marker Format" from "Classic" to "Frame Numbers," and it saves just fine.  But if I change from "Classic" to "Classic + Frame Numbers," and then "save," the program will revert to "Classic" the next time it opens.

The option was missing from the routine reading back the preferences file.
