saw a couple of threads on this ut not sure if muine is the same problem. I get a box with a red x ad the following:
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application...
Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
When I click on "Details", I get the following:

I am running 8.9 on Windows XP Media Edition and I have other screen capture software that does work with this camera set up.
